Jacob is a third generation property management expert. He has overseen thousands of properties, for owners, companies, banks and trusts. Jacob’s expertise includes but is not limited to, property management, construction / renovation management, budget oversight and scheduling, tenant rollovers and leasing. He currently oversees a diverse team including, property managers, leasing staff, general repairmen, plumbers, electricians, heating and HVAC mechanics and more. Jacob’s day to day oversight of the companies assets allow Dwight City Group to meet deadlines and surpass investor’s expectations.
